What this website does not do

• It does not set cookies.
• It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, pixels or fingerprinting.
• It does not load fonts, images, scripts or other content from third-party servers. Everything is served from this website itself.
• It does not store anything entered into the contact form. Form submissions are emailed to us and are not kept on the website.

Data we receive

When you contact us

If you write to us by email, call us or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address or telephone number, organisation and the content of your message.

The contact form

When you submit the contact form, its contents (name, organisation, email address, nature of enquiry and message) are forwarded to us as an email through Cloudflare's email service. Submissions are not stored in a database or on the website; they exist only as an email in our mailbox, which we keep as described under retention below. If the form cannot be sent, your browser may instead open your own email application with the message prepared.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any business relationship that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical data processed by our hosting provider

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, your browser necessarily transmits technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare may process this data briefly in order to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who assist us in our operations (such as our email and hosting providers, including Cloudflare), with professional advisers where necessary, or where the law requires it. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is necessary to deal with it and with any relationship that follows, and thereafter only for as long as the law requires or as is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, please write to hello@oprisevalleys.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Malta this is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).

Cookie policy

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies, such as local storage, for tracking, analytics or advertising. As no cookies are set, there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to. Should this change, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
